HIV / AIDS
How do you get it?
A way you can get HIV/aids is by having sex with different boys or girls.
You can get HIV/aids by having sex with too many people without protection.
It can be transmitted through vaginal, anal, and oral sex. Anal sex is especially risky.
How do you know if you have it?
There is no way to tell just by looking at someone whether they are infected with HIV. Someone can be infected but have no symptoms and still look perfectly healthy. They might also feel perfectly healthy and not know themselves that they are infected. The only way to know if a person is infected or not is if they have a blood test.
How to Stay Safe?
Do not share blood with another person.
Always use protection during sex.
Never use needles that look like or have been used by another person.
Do not touch someone's open cut who has AIDS
