Lesbian Resources
If you are new to the area, or are interested in finding out about LGBTQ social info, or political happenings, one of the best ways to find info is to join a listserv. Here are local/state listservs that you can join!
Chapel Hill/Triangle, NC:
NC Pride Local Events
Local-events is the weekly calendar of LGBTQ events in Chapel Hill and the surrounding areas. The listserv is produced by NC Pride.
To subscribe, send an email to: local-events-request@listserv.unc.edu
and in the body of the message type: subscribeTriangle Grrrls (lesbian specific)
They have a calendar of events, and you can register to create a user ID to receive email messages of events/info.Feminist Students United (FSU)
This is a UNC-CH undergrad feminist group. Even if you aren’t a student, they often have info about speakers, or queer happenings on campus, or in the community. To add yourself to the listserv, visit the FSU website and follow the instructions.Lesbian Resource Center (LHRC)

To join CAMP (UNC grad student listserv, although info is often applicable for undergrads and non-students) email them at: lgbt@unc.edu or phone them 919-843-5376.
