Our Services & Programs Career Program New Choices...Strategies for Success The following services are available through The Women's Center's career program, New Choices...Strategies for Success: Individual Career Advising Career Development Workshops Educational Assistance Career Resources and Referrals   Individual Career Counseling Career advising volunteers meet with clients individually to assist with: Putting together effective resumes and cover letters Practicing interviewing skills Learning job search techniques Preparing for a job search Exploring career possibilities The fee for this service is based on a $10-$60 sliding scale. For an appointment, please email the program director or call 919-968-4610.   Career Development Workshops We offer workshops to help you get and keep the career that is right for you. There are no workshops currently scheduled at this time. Please check back in the future for updated information.   Educational Assistance The Women’s Center supports women who need additional education to improve their employment options. We offer scholarships, up to $100, to help pay for tuition or books for women who qualify.
